Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Bangladesh and to selected international destinations. This page explains our delivery times, charges, and how returns work.

1. Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days.
• Dhaka suburbs: 2–3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3–6 business days.

A delivery charge applies based on your location and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

2. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Zones & Charges

• Domestic (Bangladesh): flat rate by zone (inside/outside Dhaka).
• South Asia: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives.
• International: all other destinations.

Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders or promotions — the exact charge is always confirmed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information where available. You can also track your order at any time using your order number on our Order Tracking page.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most domestic addresses. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. If you refuse a COD order without a valid reason, we may restrict COD for future orders.

7. Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details. To initiate a return, contact support@affhaat.com with your order number.

8. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.
