1. Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

We deliver across Bangladesh. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days within Dhaka and 3-6 business days outside Dhaka. A flat shipping fee applies based on your location.

2. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

3. Shipping Zones

• Domestic (Bangladesh): flat rate.
• South Asia: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives.
• International: all other destinations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

5. Returns

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
