3. Accounts & Registration

To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit Cards (through SSLCommerz) and Cash on Delivery. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may be displayed in other currencies for reference.

5. Pricing & Availability

We strive to ensure all prices and product information are accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or discontinue products at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of NexusCommerce and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
